Coming soon to the Mac App Store

Bank statements in.
Clean spreadsheets out.

TableSnap turns PDFs, scans and phone photos of your bank statements into tidy tables you can export to CSV — checked against the running balance, and private to your Mac.

For macOS 26 on Apple Silicon · No account · Works offline

TableSnap window: a bank statement on the left, the extracted table of dates, descriptions, amounts and balances on the right, marked Safe to import

Everything you need. Nothing you don’t.

Private, on your Mac

Your statements never leave your computer. Nothing is uploaded, there’s no account to create, and it works fully offline.

PDFs, scans and photos

Drop in a downloaded PDF, a scanned page or a quick photo from your phone. TableSnap reads them all.

Balance-checked

Every row is checked against the statement’s running balance. You get a clear “Safe to import” — or exactly which rows need a look.

Select a row and see it highlighted on the original page, so you can check every figure against the paper.

Export to CSV

Send clean, consistent columns straight to your spreadsheet, budgeting tool or accountant.

Library with folders & search

Keep statements organised in folders and find them again with on-device search — still only on your Mac.
